The #SirianiSisters Take on Pitzer

Literally- posting this just before it becomes a thing of the past. ::Sad Face Here::

The Siriani Sisters, back together again, in the workplace! Woo hoo. Once upon a time, Chrissy and I worked together at one of our ALL TIME FAVORITE jobs. We went banana's at We've Gone Banana's. {Note: I still make Tickle Me Teyah's (spl?) often!}

Fast forward a decade or so and here we are, working again, side-by-side. 

I can't even begin to express how much fun it was to come to work everyday and hang out with my sister|bestie. Whenever you need a walk, talk, and/or lunch date someone is always there. So much of a blessing! Thank you Jesus. <3

Now... the little sister is spreading her big girl wings and moving on. Friday is her last day with us at Pitzer. No more dining hall lunch dates, picking fresh goodies from the garden, carpooling for cash, or wearing the same shirt on the same day.

I'm so excited for her and her new journey! Now we can get back to our honorary Sister Nights since we won't be spending everyday together.

Honorary Sister Nights are a coveted tradition where we get super comfy, make a tasty dinner, beverage of choice, and binge watch our shows until it's time for bed - laughing until we can't breathe and just plain ol' being sister-silly. If you have a sister you're close with, you understand. :)

Good luck sissy! I'm going to miss you! <3

Christmas Vacation - WHAT WHAT!!

It has been quite a while since I was able to look forward to Christmas vacation! This year my bosses gave our Christmas gifts a little early - time off. A MUCH NEEDED break and a fun Friday are starting my weekend off right.

Today is Pajama day at work. Woo Hoo!

Being comfy and getting out of work early is recipe for success on the Friday before Christmas. 

Tonight is our Company Holiday Party at Red Hill Country Club. I'm so looking forward to getting dressed up with my honey and hitting the bar with my coworker/real life friends.

Weekday Fashion Fun

Hello everyone!

This week I attended an AMAZING night out with my girlfriends! We went to the Ontario Mills’ second annual Celebrating Women Runway Event sponsored by Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. Allison, Tanya, and I received VIP tickets from work - dressed in our party outfits - and hit the mall! [Always a sunny side after a long day at the office. :)]

After walking into the VIP tent (The event planner in me will highlight some of my favorite pieces of decor soon enough) we went straight to the complimentary wine bar and made ourselves quite at home. Various models of Mercedes Benz’ adorned the entrance to the pre-party area while the DJ and stationary models guarded the runway entrance. The outdoor event was gorgeous! 

After taking the mandatory lap to check out the scenery we found a nice little spot sandwiched between the industrial sized fan  (99* in October WTH?!!) and the bar. 

Once the time allotted for appetizers and drinks (compliments of Market Broiler) was complete we made our way to the open-air catwalk and found our seats. The event was open to the public (standing room only outside the velvet ropes) but those with VIP status found chairs with treats awaiting their arrival. Super deluxe caramel apples from RockyMountain Chocolate Factory and a massive coupon book (with special deals from stores within the Ontario Mills) kept our seats warm. 

Please forgive my out-of-focused iPhone pictures :) The host, Giuliana Rancic, whom I ADORE was amazing! She is truly the epitome of style and grace. She is such a wonderful role model in a world of celebrities with such influence.  (This write up is actually being written while ‘Giuliana and Bill’ is on in the background) The outfits were great! And all pieces you can purchase at the Ontario Mills. The show had a great vibe and the hours and hours of preparation were evident.

After the show was over Allison, Tanya, and I made our way back through the pre-party tent for a mini photo opp.
