Holiday's are a fun and chaotic time in my family. Trying to fit all the gatherings in one day takes some serious coordination and communication. Food, sweet treats, decorations, games, family, friends, stories about Jesus - there are so many wonderful things I love about Easter! The tradition of hunting Easter eggs has long since passed {the not-so-subtle hints from the matriarch's indicating they'd appreciate grandkids to hide eggs for have become much more frequent} but we still make sure to dye a special batch.
Pinterest is a wonderful place! {Needless to say} Every once in a while I come across something I think I can actually pull off. After seeing Sandeea Cocina's blog post
here, I sent a link to my grandma and we just had to try it! I've got a pretty solid 50/50 average between Pinterest wins and Pinstrocities.
This seemed relatively easy - plus it was a good excuse to spend time with grammy. :)

…these were still wet and delicate - but they dry firm...
